Coaches inspire educators and leaders to create equitable and ongoing access to high-quality learning by establishing trusting and respectful coaching relationships that encourage educators to explore new instructional strategies.

That is why we are partnering with our friends from Illinois Council of Instructional Coaching (ICIC) for a year-long Coaching Collaborative Cohort.

The purpose of this cohort is to provide a high quality, connected learning experience for coaches across all types of coaching programs, platforms, and modalities. Modules will focus on professional development for coaching and teaching, supporting instruction through feedback, assessing impact, and coaching advocacy.

Included in your registration is:

Virtual meetings throughout the year
Synchronous and Asynchronous work
Registration to ideaU (August 1-3)
Registration to TCEA's Conference for Educational Coaching (October 12-13)
Registration to the ICIC Virtual Conference (October 24)
1 Day at IDEAcon (February 2023)
Chicago Coaching Center's Coaching Academy (June 2023)

This cohort has 2 registration options:

Regular Registration - $525 for up to 60 PDHs
University Credit Registration - $725 for up to 60 PDHs PLUS earn 2 graduate credits from Quincy University
