The annual meeting of Illinois Digital Educators Alliance will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. prior to the annual spring Governing Board meeting.
The IDEA Bylaws were updated in the spring of 2021 and a new set of Board Policies were adopted in July 2021. With the changes, the new annual meeting agenda will include a listing of nominations for IDEA Executive Board positions AND Governing Board positions for the coming year. Positions will then be voted on by the membership.

The agenda for the 2023 annual meeting will be as follows:
- Call to order
- State of the Organization presentation
- Recognition of Executive Board & Governing Board members
- Election of Officers for 2023-2024
- Any other agenda items from membership
