Northern Suburbs MiniCon 2026

Join the IDEA Northern Suburbs for the 2026 MiniCon! This MiniCon is a half-day mini-conference featuring some of the best local EdTech talent in the Northern Suburbs.
We are looking for enthusiastic teachers, tech coaches, and administrators to share their expertise. Proposals are due by the EOD on Friday, March 6. All applicants will be notified of their proposal status by March 8th.

Illinois educators and students are doing amazing, innovative things in the classroom every single day. At IDEA, our hope is to give these students and educators a platform to exemplify the importance of this innovative learning.
We invite you to experience our annual Students for Innovation: Advocacy Day, a science-fair style exhibition held at the State Capitol. While student presentations are selected via an application process, the gallery is open to all. We welcome school leaders, families, and community advocates to join us in supporting these young innovators as they demonstrate the power of modern education.
