Google for Education and IDEA Illinois are partnering to help Illinois educators build practical AI skills while earning Illinois Professional Development Hours (PDH). Educators complete free Google AI Educator Series sessions, earn badges, and submit their completed learning to IDEA Illinois for eligible PDHs. Stay tuned, we’ll be sharing the simple process for submitting your completed learning and receiving PDHs soon.
Our Teaching in the Age of AI Spotlight Community provides additional support through webinars and community meetups, helping educators throughout their learning journey.
Complete a module in the Google AI Educator Series.
Complete the assessment and earn your Google badge.
Send required documentation to IDEA Illinois.
After review, IDEA Illinois provides Illinois PDHs.
Final PDH credit is based on eligible "On-Demand"completed Illinois Professional Development Hour requirements.
